Syria Emergency
A bloody civil war has been going on for about 7 years in Syria. Within the country, 18 million people need humanitarian assistance, with over 6.5 million internally displaced people and more than 4.6 million in neighboring countries, especially Lebanon, Jordan and Turkey. The health situation in Syria is dramatic. Two out of three hospitals were destroyed, as well as 38% of basic medical facilities.
