It is not necessary to have a big assets, any small good can be of great help to ensure an education, literacy and professional training in the realities in which we have been operating for more than 25 years with the Figlie di Maria Ausiliatrice – Salesiane di Don Bosco (Daughters of Mary Helper of Christians – Salesians Don Bosco).
With a charitable bequest you could arrange your goods in favour of those dearest to you and according to the principles and values in which you believe in most.
You can arrange a charitable bequest at any time of your life. The will can be rewritten and modified any time you wish.
HOW TO MAKE A CHARITABLE BEQUEST
Your charitable bequest to VIDES will allow for there to be strength, in time, in the commitment in favour of missions in Africa, Asia, Middle East and Latin America.
You can choose between the two types of wills laid down by the law:
- the public will is drawn up in front of a notary as a public officer, in the presence of two witnesses, who cannot be relatives and must not be interested in the deed. The will then remains, by law, deposited with the notary
- the holographic will is entirely handwritten by the testator. It cannot be written by neither machine nor in any minimal part by others and the writing needs to be clear and legible. It is essential so as to make it legally valid, to date it and sign it
